· Motor home rentals include 100 miles per day and .30 for each additional mile
· Driver must have a valid drivers license and be at least 25 years old for rental of motor home
· There is a $15.00 per day insurance charge for motor home rentals, this must be obtained through MBA Insurance (ask for details)
· A $200 deposit is required at time of reservation and refundable up to 2 weeks prior to reservation, otherwise forfeited
· All rentals require a valid credit card and $650.00 damage/cleaning deposit
· Proof of insurance must be presented for vehicle towing pop-ups or travel trailers
· Fuel and propane tanks are to be returned full (Do not exchange the tanks, they must be filled)
· Most travel trailers require a 2 5/16" ball (pop-up 2" ball), renter must provide
· No pets or smoking allowed in any rental unit
· We reserve the right to refuse any applicant.
· It is recommended that all vehicles towing a South Lake RV rental travel trailer have a brake controller. It is the responsibility of the renter to provide this.
· RV toilet paper must be used |
